Website, booking system and an AI that books.

Everything in the booking system package, plus an assistant that answers the questions filling your DMs. It knows your treatments, your prices and your policies, it replies in your tone of voice, and it takes the conversation all the way through to a confirmed booking with a deposit paid.

What's included

Everything below,
plus one that talks.

You get the full website and the complete booking system exactly as they come in the £1,295 package. Every feature below is included. The AI assistant is what this page is really about, and it sits on top of all of it.

Booking built into your site

Not a widget bolted on from another company. It lives on your own domain, in your own branding, and there is no monthly platform fee sitting behind it.

Deposits taken up front

Clients pay a card deposit when they book and it goes straight into your Stripe account. You set the amount. This is the single biggest thing that cuts no-shows.

Open 24/7

Most people book outside working hours, when you are with a client or asleep. The site takes those bookings whether you are available to answer or not.

Automatic rebooking reminders

The system knows when each client is due back and emails them at the right time. You stop relying on the client remembering, which is where most repeat revenue quietly leaks away.

An admin diary you actually use

See your day at a glance, add walk-ins and phone bookings yourself, mark no-shows, and approve or decline every online booking before it is confirmed.

Straight to your phone

Every booking lands in your diary and notifies you, so you are not refreshing a page or checking an inbox to find out your afternoon just filled up.

Day-before reminders

Clients get reminded the day before their appointment automatically. Fewer forgotten slots, fewer awkward chase-up messages from you.

Review requests after the visit

A thank-you goes out after the appointment and asks happy clients for a Google review, which is the thing that gets you found by the next one.

Your data stays yours

Your client list is in your system, not locked inside a booking platform that can raise its prices or close your account.

See it working

Not a mockup.
A system taking money.

This is the booking system underneath this package, built for Laser Whites Beauty & Aesthetics in Eastham, Wirral. It is live, it is taking real bookings and real deposits, and the clinic runs its day off it. The assistant sits on top of exactly this. Here is the whole client journey, start to finish.

The client side

Treatment, time, deposit, done.

Fifty seconds from opening the site to a paid, confirmed booking. No messages back and forth, no waiting on a reply, and it works at eleven at night just as well as it does at eleven in the morning. This is what your clients would get.

How it works

Simple from
start to finish.

01

We have a chat

Tell me how your clinic actually runs. Your treatments, how long each one takes, what deposit you want, your opening hours, and how you like to handle bookings now. I'll come back within 24 hours with a plan and a price.

02

I build the site and the system

The website first, then the booking system configured around the way you work rather than the other way round. You'll see progress along the way, not just at the end.

03

We test it with real bookings

You run bookings through it yourself before a single client sees it. Deposits, reminders, the diary, all of it. We fix anything that does not feel right.

04

We go live and I keep watching

Domain, hosting and Search Console are handled. After launch I keep an eye on bookings and payments actually going through, which is what the monthly plan covers.

The assistant

It answers like you
would, at 1am.

The same three questions arrive over and over. How much is it, how long does it take, and can I get in this week. The assistant is trained on your own treatment list, prices, timings and policies, so it answers them the way you would and then does the part that actually matters, which is getting the booking taken.

Example conversation
hiya how much is lip filler? x
Hi! Lip filler is £140 for 1ml with a free review at two weeks. It takes about 45 minutes. Would you like me to find you a slot?
yes please, anything sat?
I have Saturday 10:30am or 2:15pm. There is a £20 deposit to secure it, which comes off the treatment price.
2:15 please
Booked in pending payment. Here is your secure deposit link, and I have popped a confirmation in your email.

Trained on your clinic, not the internet

It works from your treatment list, your prices, your timings, your aftercare and your policies. It is not guessing from general knowledge about aesthetics.

It books, it does not just chat

It checks your real availability, holds the slot, takes the deposit through Stripe and writes the booking into the same diary as everything else. A chatbot that cannot book is just a slower contact form.

It hands over when it should

Anything clinical, anything about a complication, anything it is not confident on, it stops and passes to you rather than inventing an answer. You see the whole conversation.

You can change what it says

Prices move, treatments come and go, and you will want to reword things. That is part of the monthly plan, so you are not paying a change fee every time a price goes up.

Being straight with you

What it will
not do.

Plenty of people will sell you an AI receptionist and skip this part. These are real limits, and you should know them before you spend £2,200 rather than after.

It will not give clinical or medical advice. It is set up to refuse and pass you the conversation. You are the practitioner and that judgement is yours, not a language model's.

It will not quote prices for prescription-only treatments. UK advertising rules do not allow it, so it is built to say those need a consultation first. That is a constraint on every clinic, not just yours.

It will not replace you. It handles the repetitive front end. Consultations, judgement calls and anyone who is upset still come to you, and they should.

It is not free to run. Every conversation costs a small amount in AI usage, which is why this tier is £85 a month rather than £55. That is included, not billed on top.

It will occasionally get something wrong. Any system like this can. It is built to hand over rather than guess, you can read every conversation, and I tune it during the first month once real clients have used it.

Who it's for

Built for businesses
that book appointments.

This tier earns its money when you are getting enough enquiries that answering them is eating your day. If your DMs are quiet, start with the £1,295 booking system and add the assistant later.

Aesthetics clinics

Treatments with set timings, deposits worth protecting, and clients who should be coming back on a cycle rather than whenever they happen to think of it.

Salons and studios

Hair, beauty, nails, brows, tanning. Anywhere a no-show costs you a slot you could have sold twice over.

Anyone drowning in DMs

If you are booking clients in through Instagram messages between appointments, this is the job it takes off you.

FAQ

Questions you
might have.

It books. It checks your real availability, holds the slot, takes the deposit through Stripe and writes the appointment into the same diary as every other booking. An assistant that can only answer questions and then asks the client to go and book somewhere else loses most of them at that step.
It stops and hands the conversation to you rather than guessing. That is deliberate. A confident wrong answer about a treatment is worse than no answer, so it is built to bail out early and tell the client you will come back to them.
No, and it is set up to refuse. It handles prices, timings, availability, general aftercare and practical questions. Anything clinical, anything about a reaction or complication, and anything that needs your judgement gets passed straight to you. You are the practitioner and that responsibility stays with you.
No. Prescription-only medicines cannot be price-advertised to the public in the UK, so the assistant is built to say those need a consultation first. It will happily quote anything that is not prescription-only, like dermal filler or skin treatments. That rule applies to your website too, and I build every clinic site the same way.
£85 per month. That covers everything in the £55 booking system plan plus the AI usage itself, and changes to what the assistant says as your prices and treatments move. Every conversation costs a small amount to run, so this tier is genuinely more expensive to keep going, and I would rather include it than surprise you with a usage bill.
Yes to both. You can switch it off at any time and the booking system carries on working exactly as it did without it. Reweaving what it says, adding a treatment or correcting a price is part of the monthly plan rather than a chargeable job.
Longer than the other packages, and it is built to order on a scheduled slot rather than started the week you ask. The website and booking system are the known quantity. The assistant needs your treatment list, prices, policies and tone captured properly, then testing against real questions before it goes anywhere near a client. I will give you a date when we talk.
