A website and a custom booking system for a Wirral treatment clinic, built so clients can book and pay a deposit at any hour without a single message being sent, and so the ones who came in months ago get reminded to come back.
The brief
Laser Whites Beauty & Aesthetics is a treatment clinic in Eastham on the Wirral, run by Daisy, with over ten years behind the chair and more than 3,000 treatments done. The website itself was straightforward. The real problem was everything around it. Bookings came in through Instagram DMs, texts and phone calls, which meant Daisy was answering messages between clients, taking no deposits, and losing slots to people who simply did not turn up. Nothing remembered when a client was due back, so repeat business depended entirely on the client thinking of it first. The brief was to replace all of that with something that runs on its own.
What was built
Not a widget rented from another company. The whole booking flow runs on the clinic's own site, in its own branding, with no monthly platform fee behind it and no third party sitting between Daisy and her clients.
Clients pay a deposit by card as they book, straight into the clinic's own Stripe account, with the amount set per treatment. A slot that has money against it is a slot that gets turned up to, which is the whole point.
The system tracks when each client last came in and emails them when they are due again. This is the part that compounds: repeat business stops depending on the client remembering, and starts happening on its own.
The day at a glance on an iPad at the desk. Walk-ins, phone bookings and DMs get added by hand and behave exactly like online ones, no-shows are marked, and every online booking is approved or declined before it is confirmed, which Daisy wanted kept.
A reminder goes out the day before each appointment, and a thank-you follows afterwards asking happy clients for a Google review. Both run on a schedule with nobody having to remember to send them.
Every booking builds a client record the clinic owns outright, rather than one held inside a booking platform that can change its pricing or close an account. That list is the asset the whole system exists to build.
The result
Laser Whites now takes bookings and deposits around the clock without Daisy touching her phone. The diary sits on an iPad at the desk, reminders go out on their own, and clients who came in months ago get pulled back in automatically. The system is live and taking real money.
