The brief
The Refresh Clinic is a nurse-led aesthetics and skin clinic in Culcheth, Warrington, run by Lara, a Registered Nurse who has treated over 800 patients across the North West. She also treats from the Dr Lord Group in Leigh. Aesthetics is a crowded market where anyone with a weekend course can put up a page and start injecting, so the job was to make the difference obvious in seconds: a real nurse, real qualifications, medical-grade products. On top of that the site needed to show every treatment and price openly, cover both clinic locations, and let a patient book without ever picking up the phone.
What was built
